This is a 60 min Zoom Workshop in which Master Health Coach, Jasneet Kaur Batth, will share with you insanely simple yet mind-blowingly effective MINIMUM actions that you can take during vacations, so that come July, you’re not feeling like you’ve to gather intense motivation to restart on your healthy habits from scratch.

During vacations, we have very little control over WHAT we can eat and how much we can exercise. And yet, there are a TON of simple mindful eating techniques that you can apply as you travel and holiday in the summer season.
